Classic Ladies

Shelley, Sarah, Stella, Me, Sasha, Miki
Picture taken in our apartment on June 4th

Words cannot entirely describe how I feel about these ladies. Our lives were initially woven together last fall, when we were all in the same PWOC Bible study on Tuesday mornings: Classic Christianity by Bob George. By the end of the fall semester of PWOC, our class had not finished our study and so we decided we would continue to meet into January to finish up the book and study guide. Our group slowly got smaller, until it was usually just those of us pictured above, plus Beth (who was in the States on the day we took this picture). I don't know that we ever actually finished dicussing the last few chapters, but God drew us closer together through the months and we mostly met to fellowship as friends and support & encourage each other as sisters in Christ.
Sasha will be moving to Austin, Texas in the next month and Sarah will be returning to England at the end of the summer. It has been and will be hard to say goodbye to these godly women who have had such an impact on my relationship with God. I will always be grateful for the time we did have together though.
