People have been asking for pictures of our apartment. There are so many things we want to upgrade on. Let's see if you can pick out the two biggest ones...
And the winners of the two ugliest things we own are... the dining room table (from the 1980s with paint and water stains galore) and the TV (it weighs as much as an elephant, so say the males in my family who have carried it up and down stairs). Hopefully when we move to our next base we will replace both. I am so looking forward to moving into a place where we can paint. Walls with color make everything look more cozy and pulled together. Nathan warned me a while back to never surprise him some day and paint the house while he is at work. I laughed and told him there is absolutely no way I am painting our walls by myself! I would definitely need his long arms and companionship during a project like that.
In other news, we will be in the market to buy Nathan a new car probably some time this summer. He had originally said he wanted a Volkswagen. Today he told me he thought he found a car online for a good price that he really wants to see if we can get. Below is the picture he pulled up.
Somehow these are just as cheap as "regular" used cars right now. I feel like I will need to wear a diamond necklace anytime I am in it. If we get it, of course...
