~Pottery Barn's Customer Service is fantastic! (After painting the entire bedroom, we concluded the bed we recently bought has a funky color. So PB is allowing me to choose to exchange or return it even though it's special order and over 30 days.)

~finally getting to talk to Nathan for a little while this evening after not being able to lately due to poor connections
~Pottery Barn for the win yet again! We stopped at their store in the Galleria to look at fabric in person, so I could make a better informed decision about the bed. The woman nearby asked if we needed help, I explained the situation, and she told me to request our replacement bed be done in an upgraded fabric (which I had been looking at bc it seems to be a truer gray anyway) at no extra cost. She told me to send in my pictures of the current bed and then allow her to negotiate our exchange. So completely fabulous! And I walked out with a sample of the new fabric so I could be assured of my decision once home. I know all the glory in this goes to God! I am beyond amazed at and grateful for how this situation is being resolved.
