Nathan turned 28 today! I surprised him by taking him to a new-to-us restaurant in Sandhausen: Pizza Bunker. It's a little pizzeria in an old bunker that cooks your pizza in a brick oven. It was delicious! We shared some Lambrusco, a huge bottle of water, and each ate a whole margherita pizza. When we returned home, Nathan had a dessert smorgasbord. Frozen hot chocolate (per his request), chocolate dessert, and two of his favorite kinds of ice cream. 
I also gave him a card that had 28 things I love about him.
