Nathan's latest article for portugoal.net was published right before the game against Norway, which we attended while in Portugal. You can read it here.

The most recent and exciting news about Nathan's venture into writing for portugal.net is that Tom has asked him to become the site's correspondent for Besiktas (buh-sheek-tas), a Turkish club team that now has 5 Portuguese players. He will be analyzing their talents and abilities while they play for their club team since it will undoubtedly have an affect on their play in the Portuguese national games. So... that also means he (maybe we) will be trying to travel to Turkey sometime this Fall to watch a game in person. (Sarah, darn-it-all that you just left Turkey!) Turkey was already on our travel list for a variety of reason. One being that Sarah was living there 'til just recently. Another being that Istanbul has a lot of great history we would love to see and learn about. And (most importantly to a certain one of us) Nathan had already been following Besiktas games to watch their Portuguese players (Quaresma!) and he really wanted to see a game in person/get a scarf for his wall : ) So stay tuned for more of his articles!
