A Belgian 29th

We have talked about going to Belgium prior to so many 4-day weekends. And every time we have decided on somewhere more "exciting." The 4-day for Presidents' Day was finally the right time. Nathan spent the week prior in Graf, so we were apart for Valentine's Day. I spent the holiday setting up for and attending the chapel's Valentine Banquet. Nathan came home the next day and we celebrated his 29th birthday that night.
I made Chocolate Dessert and his present consisted of
Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves on DVD and some shirts from J. Crew.
This was the birthday card I made him : )
"Ron Swanson wants to give you all the bacon & eggs."
"Tom heard it's your birthday and thought you should
wear some shoes lined with red carpet."
"Chris hopes you have LIT'rally the best birthday ever!"
"Leslie Knope thinks you should eat all the whipped cream!"
The next morning, his actual birthday, we traveled to Brugge. We saw Cercle Brugge play that night and Nathan was given a scarf of theirs by the drunk guy sitting next to us. Awesome story associated with that souvenir : )

 tons of beer!
This is the famous shot of Brugge. The tree looks much prettier in Spring.

Can you spot the tiniest window?
 Brugge is beautiful at night!

Belgian chocolate is delicious. By far the best!
