Baden Baden

After our 12-day trip to Ukraine and hosting/traveling with Nathan's family for 2.5 weeks, we decided instead of taking another trip, we would take a relaxing few days in Baden Baden to celebrate our anniversary. Nathan booked us a swanky hotel for the weekend that was connected to the spa. They supplied us with big, white bath robes, towels, and slippers to wear to/from/at the spa. Sadly, we didn't take even one picture of ourselves.

We spent 4 hours at the swimsuit baths (as opposed to the nude baths) sitting in pools 

that were set at different temperatures and in the saunas. I also got an hour-long massage.

And we got a private bath package, where we got to spend 2 hours 

in the Kaiserbad (King's bath) with champagne. Fancy : )

When we weren't relaxing at the spa, we were eating delicious meals or

watching Rocky...

 or Hatfields & McCoys...

or walking around the quaint downtown area.

Since Baden Baden is only an hour away, we are hoping to go back again.
